About Sandra Easterling (She/Her)
Sandra Easterling, LMFT, helps children, teens, and adults, navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and a practical approach to lasting change. As a Marriage & Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides individual and family therapy for patients across California. Sandra works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, helping clients better understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships. She is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress. Her therapeutic style is thoughtful, engaging, and goal oriented. Sandra incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Family Therapy while adapting interventions to meet each patient’s needs. She has experience working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, those involved in adoption or foster care, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition to the specialties highlighted above, she offers support for a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. Sandra earned her education from Touro University Worldwide and the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of her clinical work, Sandra enjoys weight training, general fitness, cooking, baking, reading, and spending time playing with her cat.
