Ashe Taylor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Colorado who has been practicing since 2023. Ashe is a counselor focused on building a relationship with the client and creating a relaxed and authentic environment. Their theoretical background is in Existentialism to support the client in connecting with and reaffirming their most authentic self. Ashe feels that a genuine and authentic enviorment is essential to allowing client’s to express and explore themselves, whether it be struggles with anxiety and depression or exploring the complexities of gender and self-identity.

Ashe’s goal is to help a client create resources, support structures, and routines that provide what the client will need to self-regulate and thrive within their space while remaining healthy and honest with themself. When working through self-discovery and inner reflections, Ashe works with the client to set their own pace and build their own goals to self-actualization.
