I consider my nurse practitioner, Alejandro Gutierrez, to be one of the BEST “psychiatrists” I’ve ever had. I do call him a psychiatrist because he does EVERYTHING a psychiatrist can do. Best of all, and LUCKY for me, is that he is also my therapist. I also do consider him to be, well, not “one” of the best therapists I’ve ever had but probably THE best. During our hour long sessions I am the one doing about 98% of the talking (as usual) ha! ha! When he does speak it’s usually because I have asked him a question. I LOVE that ha doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything. He gives me his honest opinion and has NEVER offended me or hurt my feelings. Even though he is young compared to my 62 years of age, I feel comfortable telling him ANYTHING without being judged or embarrassed. And even considering his younger years, he has the wisdom and the heart of someone who has been doing this for a 100 years. He is truly someone who has recognized and followed his true calling. This is what “Dr.” Gutierrez was born for. He really does help his fellow man. He not only is my psychiatrist and therapist but he also does work with Hospice patients and other things. I would say I don’t know where he finds the time but I guess he MAKES the time sacrificing time from his own life. I don’t even think he feels that 60 to 80 hours a week is enough for what he wants to accomplish. If it were possible for him to work 200 hours a week I think he would! That’s how much compassion he has for other people. I think I better stop here before I’m writing a BOOK. Need I say more anyway? I thank God for people like him in this world. I started seeing him because my husband of 43 years passed away a year ago as of tomorrow and I HAD to move to a new state and make a LOT of new adjustments. Dr Gutierrez was the angel God blessed me with to get through the most challenging thing I’ve ever had to face. I wouldn’t trade him for ANYTHING. Thank you, LifeStance, for hiring your BEST employee.

Amber is a great psyciatrist who really cares about her patients and there needs and what is best for her patients. Amber is great at explaining test results that I had done. And did well do to be being Blind and me not being able to see the results on the screen of the test. Did well taking the extra time to explain the results to me in a slow and detailed manner was easy for someone with disabilities like me to understand. Also Amber was very dedicated and patient in taking the time to answer all of my questions well as taking extra time so that I able to understand my test results. Which I greatly appreciate. If you have a disability I would recommend Amber to you. As Amber is great at explaining things in an easy way for someone with a disabil it y like myself who requires this. Also Amber always has lots of availability her schedule and does well at always answering my messages to her quickly soon after I send them. Which to me is another quality makes me want to recommend Amber with others. Thank you ⠠⠉⠁⠇⠇⠊⠑

My psychiatrist Sabrah has been nothing short of amazing. Unlike other mental health practices they take a way deeper look into the reason of your visit. Withing in the first couple appts Sabrah recommended we do genetic testing that allows the physician can see what meds work best worth your body. She doesnt just add meds her goal is to work with you at your pace to get of the band aid medication. You will not regret decision to change your life by joing Lifestance. I going to Achieve Whole Recovery. I was missing a good chunk of work. I fell behind on copays and was kicked out of thier practice. I recieved a bill for $1600 bill because once they get the instant urine result. Then with no ethics they send your urine to an outside agency that creates a $50 charge. They never tell you. The care was very transactional. Best decision I made was switching to LIFESTANCE HEALTH

My therapist is the best just talking to her and she can tell how my moods are and she knows how to make me talk. Get my feelings out and when I’m done with her I feel so much better. I’m so happy that I have her. I wanna change the subject to something else she let me change it Because she knows that I’m done with things that I can’t handle or don’t wanna talk about it anymore and she doesn’t push me, but she knows I’ll come back to it eventually but I think she’s the best At one time I thought I was done and I wanted to stop, but I’m glad I did it because things came back up and she was there for me!

Been using Lifestance for awhile now, both for diagnostic testing and therapy and I’m so grateful for the affordable, accessible and amazing care that I have received. Therapy has become a routine part of my life and it has made it so much better. Everyone can benefit from a little therapy. And Charis is such a personable therapist, it’s like talking to a friend that holds you accountable and gives valuable insight. Very professional. :)

I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences while working with Alejandro! Not only can he relate to my culture, I feel like he relates directly to me. Silly to say but he cares so much that I almost feel like I am his only patient. I know it's not true but he really does care. I don't feel like he's just doing his job, I feel like this is something more for him than just that. I'm so lucky he's my psychiatrist. He's pretty incredible.
