I started with Deb York in July 2024. She has been there for me every step of the way and I can't say enough great things about her. She has helped me in such a huge way of getting me my life back. I am an alcoholic and substance abuser. Deb has got me on medicine that helps with my addictions and I am proud to say that as of writing this that I am 16 months sober from alcohol and 2 months sober from cocaine. You will have to be ready to do a lot of work if you have a desire to get sober, but in my opinion, as someone who has drank and used cocaine for 15+ years, Deb saved my life and I am just so grateful that I was lucky enough to find her. She has also worked hard and with a great deal of caring with me on other mental health issues and things quickly started getting better right after my first visit. Deb is amazing and wow, I am here writing this which is pretty amazing!

I can not say enough about Deb York. It's hard enough dealing with a mental illness, so it is important to have the right care team. She takes into account my values and my goals to give me the care I so desperately needed. She approaches my care with kindness, understanding, and treats me with respect. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always on top of any communication I may send her in the patient portal. She takes time to answer all my questions and patiently explains medications to me to make sure we get the right fit for what I need. My illness is unpredictable at times but she never is! She gives me the best care I have ever received from a prescriber. I highly recommend her and Lifestance for your mental health needs.

This was my first time seeing a therapist, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my first visit with Ross felt, and I’m actually looking forward to our next session. I appreciated how he introduced himself and really listened while I tried to explain what’s been going on with my anxiety, family trauma, and marriage. It felt like he truly understood what I’m hoping to get out of therapy moving forward. I also loved that we did the session on Zoom! No driving, no waiting room — just me in my own space, which made it so much easier to open up. I’d definitely recommend this kind of therapy to anyone thinking about getting started.

I wanted to tell anyone with the struggle of finding a new therapist lifestance really helped me. Iam seeing Stacey Salmonson and I am greatly relieved. I was comfortable with our conversation from the first visit. We worked on finding appropriate medications and Iam doing well now. Iknow Ican speak to her about anything that is going on with me. I also went to see Dr. Sam to make sure I'm physically okay. She was very kind and answered my many questions with some good suggestions. I do recommend this team to work with you.
