Anne Bomberg is the most effective therapist I’ve ever worked with. She offers an authenticity and compassion and clarity and perspective and a grace unmatched by any other. I am dealing with likely the hardest season of my adult life, and she is a companion of the soul I will never be able to effectively honor with words. She is a presence of hope I will seek to embody more in my own life. When a kind wise soul offers you a new way to tell your story, every part of your life softens and has meaning. I’ve always thought I was looking for answers to the hard questions, but, in truth, I’ve just been looking for a way to see meaning. She teaches you how to be the friend you wish to have in life. What a gift! When we become the grace we hope to find us, somehow, that is the lesson. I know how cheesy I sound, but facing my own ending is not easy. It isn’t for any of us. We will certainly all be faced with that moment. Having a wise witness changes everything.

Ryan Brown is the best! I hate switching providers but my previous one left and I was super nervous about meeting with Ryan. He made me feel at ease from the beginning and met me where I’m at. He listened to my goals and helped me with a plan to get there. I was on so much medicine and didn’t know what was/wasn’t working. He came up with a realistic plan to slowly help me get off some of my medicine and is taking it super slow which I really appreciate. He is having me check in every 2 weeks to make sure it’s all OK (another thing I really appreciate), and talking to him makes me feel like I’m actually normal and my mind isn’t so crazy. He validated my thoughts/feelings on being a new mom and the anxieties that come with it. Ryan made me feel seen & heard, and it’s rare to find a psychiatrist like him! He’s a cool dude, 10/10, highly recommend

My Doctor Ryan is probably one of the best I have ever worked with. I've been very lucky to match up w him. Funny guy also, that is appreciated. He's human, not just a Psy Text Book. I've been w Lifestance for a few years and as a whole I am happy with them and their staff. For someone dealing w PTSD and Major Chronic health issues I appreciate the ability to connect with my doctor as often as needed, weekly, bi weekly, monthly. It greatly reduces my stress level knowing I have a good guy in my corner. I would recommend using their services for any mental health needed. ®️ick F

I had my first counseling visit today with Jessie Stempel and she was very polite, understanding, professional, and easy for me to open up to. I look forward to my next appointment with her, which is unusual for me because I usually dread going to counseling, but she’s a great person to talk to for somebody like me who really struggles with day to day life. I would recommend her to anybody seeking help for their mental health.

I am SO happy after my first appointment. Dr. Brown is wonderful and I felt better almost immediately after our visit. He listened to me and created a safe space, completely non-judgmental. He is great at explaining things and I understand our treatment plan. I have a terrible mental health program through my insurance, so none of my visits will be covered, but I will continue to see him. Totally worth it.
