Jay has been an absolute gift to our family. My son has always struggled to express his emotions and communicate how he’s truly feeling, and Jay has this incredible way of creating a safe, calm space where my son finally feels seen, heard, and understood. Not only is Jay skilled at helping him open up, but he does it with patience, compassion, and a genuine connection that makes all the difference. He’s both professional and personable—always consistent with communication and incredibly supportive to us as parents as well. We are so grateful for his guidance and the impact he’s had on our son’s growth and emotional development. Jay is truly one of a kind, and we can’t recommend him enough.

Life stance has been fine in terms of customer service and scheduling, no complaints. I'm giving 5 stars because of my experience with Lisa Rich. She is amazing and so knowledgeable. She has been able to give me clear answers to things that others haven't been able to or have given me poor information. She values my input as a patient and works with me to develop my treatment plan. Seeing her has not only been valuable for finding the best medication regimen for me, but is also therapeutic. She really cares about what is going on with you. She has great insights.

I have been a patient of a psychiatrist at Lifestance for months now and I honestly never thought I would click with someone so knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, gracious or down to earth in making me feel absolutely comfortable. Her recommendations, suggestions and expertise on medication really hit the nail on the head and have been paramount in my recovery. I am beyond grateful for her and her time, in shaking the stigma I had associated with medication and taking personal time for myself to heal and recover. Thank you to the moon and back.

Jay is ABSOLUTELY amazing. My son has a very hard time trusting anyone, when he first started seeing Jay, he had opened up completely with him. My son feels so comfortable, safe and knows he can talk to him about anything. The work Jay has done with my son has completely turned my son around and has got my son to be able to trust again. I HIGHLY recommend Jay. Without Jay, I would be at a loss with my son.

I have been seeing Lisa Rich for about 6 months or so and I have had an amazing experience. She truly listens to my concerns, my struggles, and my strengths. She makes her honest recommendations on what would be best for me mentally and physically. I feel like I am in control of my treatment plan and I feel like my voice and opinion matters when talking to her about my treatment and how I am feeling.
