Terri Rommel-Ruiz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. They completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UC Berkeley (1992) and one year of graduate studies in Early Childhood Education at Mills College in Oakland, California before discovering the field of Social Work. They completed their M.S.W. at School of Social work at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1997).

Terri’s approach to therapy is inclusive and affirming. Their practice reflects their interest in person-centered, relational and developmental theories, cognitive-behavioral approaches to therapy, and developing a working knowledge of how their clients may be impacted Adverse Childhood Events, adult trauma, and intersectionality. Terri’s main areas of focus include cognitive-behavioral therapies supportive therapies, and psychoeducation. Terri is an EMDR-Trained clinician.
