About Levonia Rose (She/Her)

Levonia Rose helps children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients across Colorado, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges. Levonia creates a welcoming, collaborative environment where patients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. A significant focus of Levonia’s work is helping strengthen parent-child relationships and supporting families as they heal, grow, and reconnect. She is passionate about working with children and families facing behavioral concerns, school avoidance, and family relationship challenges. Drawing from Family Systems and Internal Family Systems-informed approaches, she helps patients better understand patterns, improve communication, and build healthier connections. She also has extensive experience supporting African American populations and individuals involved in adoption and foster care. Levonia utilizes a personalized approach to treatment, recognizing that every patient’s story and goals are unique. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, along with additional therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual’s needs. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, while also supporting patients experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Before becoming a therapist, Levonia pursued graduate studies at Naropa Institute and Antioch University-Seattle, experiences that helped shape her holistic and client-centered approach to mental health care. She remains committed to helping patients develop insight, resilience, and practical skills that support long-term well-being. Outside of her clinical work, Levonia enjoys snowboarding, dancing, fitness activities, exploring great food, and spending quality time with family and friends. These interests help her maintain balance and bring energy and authenticity to her work with patients.
