Olivia Anderson helps individuals and families across Colorado navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that supports healing, growth, and lasting resilience. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual and couples therapy for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors facing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, using practical strategies that empower clients to better understand themselves and improve their day-to-day well-being. Olivia has a strong passion for working with adolescents and teenagers, helping them manage emotional regulation, school-related stress, identity development, and behavioral challenges. She creates a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment where younger clients feel heard and understood, while also partnering with families when appropriate to strengthen communication and stability at home. She also brings focused experience in supporting individuals navigating court-ordered treatment, parental custody matters, and current legal situations. Olivia understands the complexity and stress these circumstances can create and provides structured, nonjudgmental support to help clients remain compliant, process emotions, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Olivia integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address concerns such as anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and ADHD. She also offers support for additional mental health conditions and life challenges. Her experience includes working with diverse populations such as individuals in adoption or foster care, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and first responders, while offering additional inclusive care approaches. Olivia earned her education from Colorado State University and Utah Valley University and began practicing in 2025. She is committed to continued growth as a clinician and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique goals and experiences. Outside of her work, Olivia enjoys staying active with hiking and paddleboarding in warmer months. During the winter, she can often be found reading with her cat, Ophelia, or enjoying music by playing piano or attending concerts.
