Meet Deborah. She is an enthusiastic, empathetic therapist who creates a warm and welcoming environment. Deborah invites adults, adolescents and couples to join her for open communication and a healing journey. While she may never “walk in your shoes”, she feels passionate about walking next to you and supporting you as together you build the life you deserve and desire. Deborah believes in healing the whole person, and helping you to achieve sustainable, healthy living.

She specializes in providing services to adults, adolescents and couples of all ages, including those struggling with substance abuse disorders, and people with severe and persistent mental health concerns. Through active listening, and attentiveness, Deborah and her clients will create a treatment plan tailored to the special needs of each individual. A variety of techniques may be utilized to meet the needs and personalities of clients which may include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR therapies.

Deborah holds a masters degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She is licensed in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has been a mental health professional in Colorado for the past 26 years. In Deborah’s history of mental health services she has worked in many different settings, including a non-profit community mental health center, an inpatient facility, a crisis center, and several emergency rooms. Deborah also spent 9 years working with middle school aged adolescents as a counselor.

In Deborah’s free time she enjoys riding her road bike, hiking, walking her Great Dane, going to concerts and watching the Colorado Avalanche.
