She graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho with a Master of Science in Psychology. Stephanie has a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy in her practice. She assists you in examining thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns in areas of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, and personality disorders.
