About Stephanie Eells (She/Her)
Stephanie Eells, LPC, CDBT is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified DBT Therapist, and a Certified CBT Therapist. She has been practicing since 1988. She graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho with a Master of Science in Psychology. Stephanie has a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy in her practice. She assists you in examining thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns in areas of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, and personality disorders. She works collaboratively with you on building adaptive coping tools for emotion regulation, self-worth, acceptance of certain life situations, and interpersonal relationships. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, being with her family, her cats, and her toy poodle, Daisie, will soon be her animal-assisted therapy dog.
