About Jeff Adams (He/Him)
Jeff Adams is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, who has been practicing since 2012. He is trained in EMDR therapy, as well.
Jeff believes one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are happening for a reason, whether they are influenced by past trauma or present-day stressors. Using a combination of EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS, in addition to his natural warmth, compassion, and humor, Jeff will collaborate with you to help improve self-awareness and your ability to self-regulate, while also healing from past trauma, in order to improve your overall quality of life. His main areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors/substance use.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, being in nature, cooking, gardening, and playing pickleball.
