In sessions with Nicole, she incorporates empathy and acceptance in working together, striving to help clients develop coping skills and cultivate their inner strength. Nicole believes in establishing a trusting therapeutic rapport with everyone she meets with, as well as empowering each person in moving through their stage of change.

Nicole specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in navigating a variety of issues. She believes in the interconnection of thoughts, feelings, and actions, as well as the mind and body relationship. She uses evidence based therapeutic techniques with a trauma informed lens in tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. Nicole uses various therapeutic approaches including IFS (parts work), EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy techniques.

Nicole completed her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
