Heather Holt, LPC,
About Heather Holt (She/Her)
Heather Holt helps adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals across Colorado, supporting patients who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. Heather works collaboratively with each person to create a treatment plan that reflects their goals, strengths, and unique experiences. A key focus of Heather’s practice is helping individuals manage anxiety, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, and depression. She understands that emotional struggles can affect every aspect of life, from relationships and work to physical health and self-esteem. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where patients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward lasting change. In addition to these specialties, she also provides support for a variety of other mental health concerns. Heather is especially passionate about helping individuals facing alcohol and drug use issues, later life transitions, and midlife transitions. Whether someone is adjusting to retirement, coping with changes in identity and purpose, navigating recovery, or managing major life shifts, she helps patients develop practical tools and new perspectives that support growth and healing. Her work emphasizes resilience, self-awareness, and empowering patients to move forward with confidence. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Heather tailors treatment to each patient’s needs. She also offers additional therapeutic approaches and provides both individual therapy and group therapy services. Outside of her clinical work, Heather enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, rock climbing, hiking, spending time with dogs, and playing board games. These interests reflect her appreciation for connection, balance, and personal growth.
