Kelli Holm, LPCC, helps children, teens, adults, and seniors across Colorado build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and group therapy tailored to each stage of life, supporting patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical tools that empower patients and families to make meaningful, lasting changes. Kelli is especially passionate about her work with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as their caregivers. She has extensive experience addressing childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and ADHD, helping families develop clear strategies that promote confidence, structure, and healthy communication. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and targeted parenting skills training, she partners with caregivers to create supportive home environments while helping young people strengthen coping skills, emotional insight, and academic engagement. In addition to her work with youth and families, Kelli supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief, midlife transitions, and women’s issues. She is experienced in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community, offering affirming, inclusive care. While ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation are central areas of focus, she also provides support for additional mental health concerns common across the lifespan. Since beginning her practice in 2014, Kelli has been committed to delivering high-quality psychotherapy that blends clinical expertise with genuine empathy. Patients appreciate her steady presence, thoughtful guidance, and ability to translate therapeutic concepts into real-world strategies. Outside of her clinical work, Kelli enjoys hiking Colorado’s scenic trails, traveling, dancing, baking, reading, discovering new music, and building community connections. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Colorado access trusted mental health services.
