She is especially passionate about helping individuals impacted by PTSD and trauma reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment. Whether supporting a teen working through anxious thoughts or an adult healing from past experiences, Lauren tailors her approach to meet each person’s goals with compassion and clinical expertise.
