Tyler Kackley is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware who has been practicing since 2019. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Since graduation, Tyler has worked within the penal system, working with the disenfranchised and marginalized within the corrections setting. As such, his therapeutic experience includes managing grief with clients, personality disorders, anxiety, stress management, depression, and more. Tyler believes that mental health is indelibly linked to our overall health and should not be ignored. There are times in our life when we find it difficult to manage what we once used to, or in the same ways we have in the past; having the support necessary to adapt to our situations is key in whether or not we feel capable of handling what life throws at us. Tyler aims to come from a position of non-judgement and empathy to help individuals to improve their ability to adapt to life adversities and provide an environment dedicated to overall wellness and personal growth. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys fine arts, reading, exercise, and group activities with friends.
