Welcome Folks, I have been with Life Stance for over a year and feel blessed to have bright, wonderful individuals who are dedicated to improving the quality of their mental health and well-being. I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health field (along with life experience) and have treated individuals ages 5-85 with diverse diagnoses. Currently I am available to individuals 18 and up for individual psychotherapy. I offer long and short-term therapy for individuals with Depression (mild to severe) Bipolar Disorder I & II, Generalized Anxiety D/O, Panic D/O, Obsessive Compulsive D/O, along with other unspecified Anxiety D/O’s. Moreover, individuals with ADHD, PTSD, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Violence Against Women are welcome. I offer Client-centered/Supportive therapy, treat with and teach Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavior (modification) therapy, Psychoeducation, Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic therapy. My goal is to support my patient’s insight and understanding of their disorder and to help them find meaning and healing in their lives. I take Medicare and am covered under most insurances.
