Michael has extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD/trauma, supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. He works with teens (15–17), young adults, midlife adults, and older adults facing life transitions, stress, and mood instability. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and faith-based treatment when desired, he helps clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and restore a sense of balance. He offers additional support for concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use issues, sleep disorders, and other mental health conditions.
