Bianca Doll, LMHC,
About Bianca Doll (She/Her)
Bianca Doll helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Florida navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Bianca supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also helping individuals facing a variety of additional emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change. One area of particular passion for Bianca is working with individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from a higher level of care back into everyday life can be both hopeful and challenging. Through consistent therapeutic support, structured treatment planning, and skill development, she helps clients maintain stability, strengthen recovery, and navigate the emotional and practical adjustments that often follow hospitalization. Bianca’s work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. She has experience serving diverse populations, including first responders, military veterans, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Her therapeutic style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while offering additional evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s needs. She also provides psychological testing as part of her comprehensive behavioral health services when clinically appropriate. Before entering clinical practice, Bianca developed a strong educational foundation through studies at Keiser University and the University of North Florida. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and providing mental health treatment that reflects current best practices. Outside of her clinical work, Bianca enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through CrossFit, running, strength training, and other wellness-focused activities. She has a strong interest in nutrition, recovery, and personal development. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, participating in her church community, and nurturing meaningful relationships with family and friends. Her dedication to lifelong learning and personal growth mirrors the encouragement she offers her clients on their own journeys. Patients across Florida seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, post-hospitalization support, psychological testing, and other mental health needs can find thoughtful, personalized care with Bianca Doll at LifeStance Health.
