She understands that emotional distress can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from self-confidence and daily functioning to relationships and overall well-being. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect, allowing clients to feel heard while working toward meaningful personal growth. She tailors treatment to each individual’s goals and circumstances, recognizing that no two experiences are the same. Working with both individuals and couples, Sarah is passionate about helping clients strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate relationship challenges. Whether addressing conflict, life changes, or patterns that create stress within a partnership, she helps clients develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she supports clients facing a range of other emotional and mental health concerns. Sarah incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples/Marital Counseling, and mindfulness techniques. Her treatment style is practical and goal-oriented while also creating space for reflection, self-discovery, and healing. She believes that therapy is a partnership and works alongside clients to identify strengths, build resilience, and create sustainable strategies for managing life’s challenges. Her educational background includes studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and Barry University, which provided a strong foundation for her work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking and baking, and watching soccer and football. These interests reflect her appreciation for connection, balance, and the simple moments that contribute to a meaningful life.
