Renescia Lanique Chisolm, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, helps children, teens, and families across Florida build healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and confidence through compassionate and collaborative therapy. She provides individual, group, and family therapy designed to create a safe space where young people can express themselves freely, learn coping strategies, and develop skills that support lasting emotional growth. Renescia specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, as well as helping children and teens manage ADHD and behavioral challenges. She partners closely with families to strengthen communication and understanding, empowering caregivers to support their child’s progress beyond the therapy room. Her approach combines structure and empathy, focusing on helping clients recognize their strengths and use them to overcome obstacles in school, at home, and in relationships. She is especially passionate about supporting youth within the adoption and foster care community, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities and those on the autism spectrum. Renescia understands the unique emotional experiences these populations face and tailors her approach to promote acceptance, emotional regulation, and connection. She is equally committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ youth, ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and valued for who they are. In her clinical work, Renescia integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as parenting skill development, to foster positive change for both children and their caregivers. Her therapeutic process is hands-on, practical, and deeply rooted in empathy and empowerment. Outside of her work, Renescia enjoys playing basketball, watching football, writing and performing spoken word poetry, and spending time at theme parks or relaxing with a good movie or TV show. These creative outlets help her maintain balance and joy—values she brings to her therapeutic practice. Renescia Lanique Chisolm is proud to serve children, teens, and families throughout Florida who are ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
