Nancy obtained her Masters in Advanced Practice Clinical Social Work from Saint Leo’s University after completing an internship with Saint Mary’s in Athens, Georgia. She also has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Her previous experience includes working with Georgia’s Department of Family and Children Services and Florida’s school systems. More recently, she has spent over 8 years working with Individuals and their families in community mental health serving a wide range of behavioral health needs. Nancy is comfortable working with both children and adults, individual’s and families. She is interested in working with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, addictive disease, behavioral disorders, and bipolar or schizophrenia spectrum disorders. She utilizes an integrative approach often combining CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Behavioral Activation Psychotherapy. Her main goal is to help others grow by achieving self awareness for self improvement and self transformation.
