Joseph Pfeffer, LCSW, is very passionate about his work and views the therapeutic process as a collaboration between equals. Joseph has over ten years of clinical experience providing individual therapy in both in-patient and outpatient mental health settings for people experiences challenges relate to gender identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions, grief, ADHD, men’s issues, and numerous other mental health challenges. Joseph is trained in and utilizes a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
