Patricia Brown helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Georgia navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s transitions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, individualized therapy and case management services in a supportive environment where clients can feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow. Patricia works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and additional mental health conditions, helping clients build resilience and practical tools for long-term emotional wellness. Patricia is especially passionate about supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. She understands the lasting emotional impact trauma can have on self-esteem, relationships, trust, and daily functioning, and she approaches treatment with sensitivity, patience, and trauma-informed care. Patricia is committed to helping survivors reclaim their voice, rebuild confidence, and move toward healing at their own pace. She also enjoys mentoring teenage girls and young women as they work through life transitions, identity development, and personal growth. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Patricia incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and faith-based counseling strategies when appropriate to help clients better understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, and improve coping skills. She has experience supporting individuals and families impacted by ADHD, PTSD and trauma, substance use concerns, and additional behavioral health challenges. Patricia also works with diverse populations including military veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, foster and adoptive families, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2013, Patricia has built a strong background in behavioral health, crisis support, and community-based services. She earned her education from Webster University and Troy University and remains dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. Outside of counseling, Patricia enjoys reading, researching wellness resources, gardening, fishing, spending time near the water, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She also enjoys bowling, movies, jigsaw puzzles, card games, journaling, and public speaking through Toastmasters International. Patricia Brown proudly serves clients across Georgia through LifeStance Health.
