50000000000 STARS FOR DR. PATEL!!!! I just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Patel. After only two visits, I already feel a huge difference with my anxiety and panic. I have dealt with bipolar2ish, anxiety, panic, and some ADHD symptoms, and he was the first doctor who truly helped me see the good parts of myself instead of only focusing on what was wrong. That alone gave me so much confidence and helped calm my mind. He also noticed that one of my stimulant medications was actually making my symptoms worse and told me to stop it. I trusted him, followed his advice right away, and felt better almost immediately. He truly knows what he is doing and actually cares about his patients, not just about prescribing medication. There are not enough words to describe how genuine and passionate he is. I am incredibly grateful for his care and would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone struggling with anxiety or mental health challenges.

I just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge LifeStance Health. The entire staff is amazing from the time you walk in they make you feel comfortable and handle you with care. Erica and Korra have been amazing from helping with insurance issues, answering all billing questions I’ve had and so much. I’ve seen three physicians and they are all amazing doctor Valentina she has helped me get back to sleeping finally! I began with doctor Akeela who is also amazing she took great pride in helping me reduce my severe anxiety and more. For my daily stressors and just life issues I see Ms. Rakia she listens to your needs and concerns and she give solid advance and tools to help you cope. I’m incredibly thankful for them all and I encourage anyone needed help mentally, emotionally and physically to come t LifeStance Health.

Been going to lifestance for years and never had issues I just have an issue with the appointment scheduling they had to reschedule my appointment 3 times which messed with my schedule and it was frustrating having to wait on hold for sometimes 30min just to talk to someone. I understand stuff happens I work in reception but 3 times??? It got to a point where if I was asked again I would just switch doctors but overall I love going to lifestance and everyone I speak to is kind and always willing to assist. But please work on a more effective scheduling process becuase this was ridiculous. Again I still love going here but for my next appointment in a few months I really hope this issue doesn’t happen again or I will probably go to a different lifestance office.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Patel at LifeStance Health, and he’s been amazing, very compassionate, easy to talk to, and truly listens. He really resonates with me and has made a big difference. His entire staff, especially Chanel, has been wonderful, always kind and helpful. The only downside is that the wait time on the phone can be long, but hopefully that improves. I did see another doctor in the same office once, and that experience wasn’t great, but Dr. Patel and his team have been excellent overall. Highly recommend!

My experience with Life Stance was exceptional, the doctor that assisted me got me to where I needed to be in 20-30mins. Was able to identify issues I’m having without even telling disclosing said information to him. Definitely a professional in his field and I am grateful we were able to start a plan to assist me moving forward. Would highly recommend anyone struggling in silence to give Jean Cadet a call and see what he can do to better assist you.

I was dealing with a mental health crisis and needed fairly immediate attention from a doctor. When I told the office staff (her name was Kora I believe) they immediately did everything they could to make sure I was seen as soon as possible. My usual doctor was out but Dr. Patel stayed after his usual shift to make sure I could get the assistance I needed. Thank you all so much for everything you do.
