She supports individuals and partners in improving emotional regulation, rebuilding trust, and cultivating more fulfilling relationships. Drawing on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Marky equips her clients with tools to manage distress, improve coping skills, and reclaim their sense of control. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing grief and loss, depression, and the psychological impact of medical conditions.
