Hi, I’m Reynald “Paul” Gallosa, LCPC. I’m dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s most challenging emotional experiences with compassion and evidence-based care. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors across Illinois dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and especially issues related to domestic violence—both victims and offenders—as well as anger management.

I understand how hard it can feel to be stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Our past experiences, spoken or unspoken, often shape how we cope today. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore those experiences, address unresolved wounds, break harmful cycles, and build practical skills that support healing, stability, and growth.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy working out, traveling, singing karaoke, attending concerts and festivals, reading, and spending time with my cats. I value balance and self-expression, and I encourage clients to discover what that looks like for them as well.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and care.
