Hannah Eastman, LPC,
About Hannah Eastman (She/Her)
Hannah Eastman, LPC, helps children and adolescents throughout Illinois build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and overcome challenges that may be affecting their well-being at home, in school, and in relationships. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and teens experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavior concerns, while also supporting families as they navigate developmental, emotional, and academic challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. A significant focus of Hannah’s work involves helping young people who are struggling with school-related concerns. With more than five years of experience in school-based settings, she understands the complex connection between mental health and academic success. Hannah is committed to care coordination and advocacy that supports children, adolescents, and families across educational environments. Whether a child is experiencing school avoidance, behavioral challenges, or emotional difficulties that interfere with learning, she works closely with families and other supports to promote positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. Hannah utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy to help children and adolescents develop practical tools for managing emotions and navigating challenges. While her primary areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavior issues, she also provides support for additional concerns such as depression, grief, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral needs. Her therapeutic style emphasizes creating a safe and engaging environment where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered. Hannah believes that meaningful progress occurs when children and families work together toward shared goals, and she values partnering with caregivers to support lasting growth and emotional wellness. Outside of her clinical work, Hannah enjoys focusing on health and wellness, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities. She also loves cooking, baking, reading, and exploring film, interests that help her maintain balance and bring creativity into her daily life. Hannah earned her degrees from DePaul University and the University of Iowa and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
