Hi, my name is Julia Navarrete, and I am excited to meet with you! I’m a dedicated social worker (LSW) and I pride myself in providing a compassionate and safe space. I have experience working with young adults on their self-esteem, relationships, friendships, and coping skills. But I also have a passion for working with adults navigating life transitions, work stress, and just trying to answer the big questions in life.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, mood shifts, self-esteem concerns, or facing big changes overall – I would love to work with you to help you feel more equipped to take the next step in your life. Making healthy changes is hard, but it can be done when you have the right support. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I try my best to model what I encourage others to do, so I spend time making sure to watch horror movies on the weekend or host a themed event for my family and friends! I also love being creative by making my own candles on my free time. Relaxation and peace can be accomplished in so many different ways – I would love to get the chance to help you find your unique way.

Julia Navarrete provides services with supervision.
