Saret Beraki, LCSW, is passionate about helping those who are seeking support for emotional challenges, life transitions, or persistent mental health concerns by using compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health. Serving patients across Illinois, she provides individual therapy designed to help children, teens, adults, and seniors better understand their experiences and develop practical strategies for change. Saret works collaboratively with clients to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can slow down, reflect, and build skills that improve daily functioning and overall well-being. Saret has particular experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, school performance, work life, and self-esteem. Her therapeutic style focuses on identifying personal strengths while addressing patterns that may keep people feeling stuck. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful life goals. Saret also works with individuals experiencing school-related stress, major life transitions, and challenges connected to physical health conditions. She provides care for children, adolescents, and teens, as well as adults across the lifespan. Saret also has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans, and she offers additional areas of clinical focus to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Saret earned her education from Loyola University Chicago and Millikin University and began practicing in 2020. Her approach blends clinical expertise with warmth, empathy, and thoughtful humor when appropriate, helping clients feel comfortable exploring both their struggles and their growth. Outside of her clinical work, Saret enjoys practicing yoga, running, watching movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
