Tania Nuñez, LCPC
Specializes In:
With more than 12 years of clinical experience, Tania Nuñez is a trauma therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families heal from the lasting impact of trauma while reconnecting with their strengths, identity, and sense of self. She specializes in working with clients navigating complex trauma, ADHD, and the emotional challenges that accompany major life transitions.
Tania has extensive training in trauma-informed approaches and understands how trauma, neurodivergence, culture, family systems, and systemic experiences intersect to shape emotional well-being. She provides a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where clients of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, cultural backgrounds, and identities are welcomed, affirmed, and supported. She believes healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
A significant focus of her practice is supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and infant loss, reproductive trauma, surgical menopause, reproductive decision-making, and other reproductive health transitions. She recognizes that the journey to parenthood, as well as the decision not to become a parent, can carry profound grief, uncertainty, and hope.
Whether clients are processing painful past experiences, learning to thrive with ADHD, strengthening their relationships, or navigating fertility and reproductive health, Tania’s goal is to help each person feel seen, empowered, and equipped to build a life rooted in resilience, connection, and authenticity.
