Zoe Tennenbaum, LPC, is warm, optimistic, and personable. She prioritizes connecting with each client and makes sure they feel heard, understood, and encouraged. Zoe supports adolescents and adults struggling with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. She uses person-centered therapy to ensure clients are well heard and understood, solution-focused therapy to encourage movement towards goals, REBT to combat faulty assumptions, and art therapy to process emotions on a deeper level. Zoe is also able to support spiritual needs with Christian counseling. In therapy, Zoe communicates clearly and makes sure she’s on the same page with clients and their goals. She is able to adapt to clients’ needs, from compassionate listening to structured interventions. She celebrates her clients’ strengths and shares appreciation for positive gains both inside and outside of sessions. In every case, she challenges clients to rethink conceptions of themselves and others. Zoe earned a graduate degree from Adler University. She has experience with individual and group counseling in both community mental health and hospital settings.
