Hi there, I’m Emma, and I’m glad you’re here. It takes a lot of strength to consider inviting change into your life and to seek support. As a trauma‑focused therapist, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space to heal at your pace.

Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be impacting your present and develop a greater sense of safety, stability, and trust—both within yourself and in your relationships. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels collaborative and empowering, and we’ll work together to set clear goals that support your healing.

Using EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I aim to help you identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs, while empowering you to recognize your capacity for change. My approach is compassionate and strength-based through connection and collaboration.

Therapy can be challenging at times, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Humor can be part of the healing process too. I enjoy practicing this outside of the therapy room by reading a good book, dancing, and playing board games.

You do not have to go-it alone, and I’d be honored to support you along the way.
