I used to think I did not have time for sessions but then I was informed they offer times that worked with my busy schedule. As a facility, they are accommodating and agreeable; they do all they can to get you the care you need. Allison Grendzinski is our therapist. I’ve seen many, but never have I known another with her gifts. She is empathetic, but strong and direct. She can follow the tangled thread of a mind in crisis and offer insight toward a solution. Unexpected. Impressive.

Honestly this place is great. Made finding a therapist and booking super easy. I was able to complete it quickly and find a range of times to work with. Offers descriptions of therapist to ensure you can pick who is right for you. Staff was friendly for check in and the therapist I met with was great. Would highly recommend.

The first therapist I’ve really been able to sense genuine empathy and sympathy from, and the first I’ve been able to actually make that ‘connection’ with. They help me keep in mind that I’m not always on a downward spiral and that I’ve made great strides in my mental health.
