Group Focus:
This group uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—a proven, evidence-based approach designed to help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or simply want to improve your relationships and confidence, DBT gives you the tools to make meaningful change.
Through four practical and empowering modules—mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation—you’ll build skills to better manage tough moments, communicate more effectively, and strengthen your sense of self.
Join us to help you grow, connect, and take the next step toward a healthier, more balanced life.
Participants: Adults 18+ and post high school who want to build and improve their skills, are willing to learn from others, and open to applying their learned skills outside of the group session.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Illinois
