Group Focus:

The group setting provides an additional avenue for clients to feel accepted and connected to others by seeing they are not alone in their struggles. Combined with the an experiential approach, this group can assist with increasing productivity in individual therapy.

DBT is an evidence-based approach that can help improve an individual’s quality of life by addressing various mental health concerns. It can assist
in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, increasing a sense of self-worth, self-respect, self-efficacy, and improving interpersonal skills and confidence. DBT skills consists of four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotional Regulation. Each module consists of various skills that are designed to help improve one’s tools and coping resources.

Participants: Adults 18+ and post high school and wants to build and improve their skills, is willing to learn from others, and willing to put forth effort into applying the skills outside the group session.

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
