Online group focusing on understanding one’s personal values and developing acceptance and commitment therapy skills by simulating real life situations and thought patterns

Designed to help adults develop ACT skills to manage thoughts that lead to unwanted behaviors. This is done through understanding their values and how behaviors that lead us away from those values and can cause issues with our mental health. By developing ACT skills such as mindfulness and cognitive defusion, learn to better manage thoughts and behaviors.

Participants: Adults 18+ who want to develop skills to manage thoughts that lead to unwanted behaviors.

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Illinois
