Saturday Space Neurodivergent Support Group in Illinois

This group offers a welcoming space for neurodivergent individuals to explore shared experiences such as anxiety, depression, masking, and challenges with connection and belonging.

Group Overview:

Saturday Space fosters a warm, affirming environment where participants can feel a sense of belonging and begin to learn about building meaningful peer connections. Through guided conversations and creative, expressive activities, members will strengthen social skills, communication, and interpersonal confidence.

Participants are encouraged to show up authentically while gaining insight into their needs, patterns, and strengths. Over time, members will build confidence in relationships, deepen self-understanding, and develop a stronger sense of community and connection.

Participants: All gender identities and expressions 18+ who identify as neurodivergent or experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, social fatigue, masking, or difficulties with connection and belonging.

Cost: Insurance and self-pay

When: Virtual on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m., starting August 15 and ending October 17, 2026.
