Kamryn Malloy, LPC,
About Kamryn Malloy (She/Her)
Kamryn Malloy, LPC, helps teens and adults across Illinois navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. She supports individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by anxiety, perfectionism, or the constant pressure to appear “okay.” Kamryn provides a safe and collaborative space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin creating lasting change. Kamryn works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. She uses therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic-based interventions to help clients develop insight, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their body. As a Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP), Kamryn has a special passion for supporting individuals who have difficulty slowing down. Kamryn helps clients move beyond survival mode by fostering connection between mind and body, addressing patterns of people-pleasing and intellectualizing, and nurturing self-compassion. She works extensively with women and former college athletes honoring each person’s unique experiences and identities. Outside of her clinical work, Kamryn enjoys biking along Illinois’ scenic trails, learning about trees, and spending time in nature.
