I had my first session with Casey (Cassandra) this morning and I am so excited to get to work with her. It seems kind of weird to say I am excited for therapy but, we just really vibed well! It’s always a little nerve racking to meet a new therapist and she made me feel so comfortable. She was so validating of my thoughts and feelings. I couldn’t have asked for a better first session!
