I just realized that this review was listed for my COUNSELOR, not the company! My previous rating and comments were about the booking process. As for my counselor, she is amazing. I highly recommend her and have been seeing her for about 2 years after experiencing several traumatic events. I can't say enough good things about her. Don't hesitate. If you are experiencing personal difficulties, just start the process. Booking is easy however it is difficult to get past the request to store your credit card information request. Once I turn you down I shouldn't have to repeat myself.
