Wendy Abraham, MA, LMFT
Specializes In:
I work alongside my clients helping to foster compassionate connections within themselves and their relationships. I seek to create space for personal and relational growth through a warm and accepting environment, free of judgments, so that client’s can share their vulnerabilities at their own pace. Using an integrative approach, I collaborate with individuals, couples and families to gain insight into their lives and create long lasting, positive change. My special therapeutic interests include working with neurodivergent folks, healing from religious trauma, body acceptance and self-esteem. I work utilizing elements from internal family systems (IFS), family systems therapy, emotional regulation techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I’m committed to growing in cultural humility, anti-racism and support for those experiencing marginalization.
