About Reagan Bell
Hi, I’m Reagan Bell, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a passion for helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach your goals.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, school-related challenges, and other mental health difficulties. I have a special interest in supporting children, adolescents, and their families as they develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, and work through obstacles at home, school, and in everyday life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you build resilience, confidence, and practical tools for success. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and case management services for school-age children, teens, and adults.
I earned my education and clinical training through the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Lindenwood College, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, traveling, and exploring new experiences. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth, healing, and overall well-being.
