Reaching out for help isn’t always easy. I believe that therapy should be a space where they feel supported, respected, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are, to work alongside you to navigate life’s challenges, and to empower you to create meaningful and lasting change.
With more than 10 years of experience, I work with teens, adults, older adults, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I take a collaborative, personalized approach and use evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, to help clients build awareness, gain practical skills, strengthen resilience, and achieve lasting growth.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals during significant transitions, including those stepping down from a higher level of care or navigating court-ordered treatment. I am passionate about helping couples improve communication, deepen connection, and overcome challenges together.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, music, comics, board games, collecting, and spending time with my family and pets.
