This was my first visit. I am a retired US Army veteran of 33 years total service and retired from 30 years in civilian law enforcement. I felt so at ease to discuss some personal issues. My child just saw dr Zambrano she was very nice. She asked very good questions to understand my kid more and where they came from. Means a lot when your doctor listens and also understand the situation and not just make assumptions. We will be be staying with her. We had to change psychiatrist because their old psychiatrist was very dismissive and rude but dr Zambrano was amazing and I could tell she means well.

Paige has been a huge help not only in our marriage but also in our personal lives. We have been able to use her techniques in many situations that allowed us to advocate for ourselves in a positive way. We were hesitant with going to therapy however after the first session Paige created a safe environment that we look forward to coming back to every session.

My first appointment was such a breeze and Dr. Wrobel made me feel so comfortable and like I actually had a say in my treatment plan. She listened to everything I told her and we worked on a plan that makes sense for my specific situation instead of just prescribing a bunch of random meds. The whole office was extremely nice and supportive.

Online stuff was straightforward. Both psychiatrists I’ve had at LifeStance have been patient, helpful & not dogmatic. It seems, based on my limited experience, that LifeStance’s priority is helping people unlike some other “mental health practitioners/programs” which are more like profit machines disguised as supportive programs.

I've been seeing Vanessa Wrobel for about half a year now and she is great. She listens, walks me through my options, gives great background information to help make decisions, and answers any questions I have. I really feel like she has my best interests at heart, and is looking out for my overall health. Would recommend!
