Too much guidance risks taking away your own autonomy, and too little keeps you confused, so striking the right balance is one of the keys to good therapy. Experienced in treating problems with addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship difficulties, and trauma, I am effective in helping adults and adolescents with a broad range of presenting concerns. My training in motivational interviewing and other evidence-based treatments assists in empowering you to realize your full potential and to spur you toward the change you want to see in your life.
