Amy Lemmon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who has been practicing since 2010. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master of Social Work, and is experienced in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic illness/medical conditions, adult life transitions, and women’s issues. Amy works with individuals 18 and over and has experience counseling a diverse group of adults in clinical, community and outpatient settings. She uses a variety of clinical approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered perspective, strengths-based perspective, and mindfulness.
