Lifestance has been absolutely fantastic for me. Beth has been really helpful and I am grateful for this a lot. It is very difficult to find quality professionals in the field of psychology and to ensure that who you are speaking with has a legitimate education and knowledge that is required for helping others in this way. I get this here. I highly recommend Lifestance and Beth as well.
