Elizabeth Fallen, LCSW, is committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families throughout Indiana. At LifeStance Health, she provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly address the challenges in their lives and begin working toward meaningful, lasting change. Elizabeth sees children, adolescents, teens, and adults, tailoring each therapeutic experience to the individual’s needs while promoting resilience and emotional wellness.

One of Elizabeth’s deepest passions lies in supporting clients through experiences of trauma and grief. She works closely with individuals navigating PTSD, trauma recovery, and bereavement, helping them process painful emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. Elizabeth integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to empower clients to reclaim a sense of control and stability in their lives. Her clinical expertise also includes addressing complex emotional concerns like anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, offering both individual and family therapy.

In addition to trauma work, Elizabeth has extensive experience supporting clients connected to adoption and foster care, individuals on the Autism spectrum, and women facing life transitions. Her approach prioritizes trust, openness, and collaborative goal setting, ensuring every person she works with feels seen, heard, and supported.

Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth stays active with her blended family of four children, a beloved German Shepherd, and a horse she enjoys riding. She values fitness, regular walks, and time spent at the gym, and she has a soft spot for true crime documentaries. A lifelong learner, Elizabeth continues to seek new skills and insights to enrich her practice.
