Sarah Dotson has been a licensed clinical therapist since 2014. She graduated from Kentucky State University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with her Master’s degree in Social Work.

Sarah believes in a well rounded approach to therapy to incorporate physical and mental well being. She also encourages reflection to find the root of the issues that are present. Sarah primarily utilizes EMDR, DBT, IFS and IATP. She specializes in trauma, attachment disorders and personality disorders. She enjoys working with populations including LGBTQIA+ and first responders.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking to engage in mindfulness and maintain balance in her life. Sarah also enjoys many arts and craft activities, reading, learning new hobbies and spending time with her family.
